This is me today! I've just learned that I've been approved to do my externship from home!!! Wow, what an honor 🎖🎖🎖!!!! I will be continuing to expand and continue the growth and success of Quiana's Quisine over the next 6 months and beyond. During the next 4 months (my externship season), there will be items for sale, up to and including select hot foods and dessert items! I love food. I love Italian food. It's my favorite cuisine. And, one of the things that I love about Italian food is how simply it can be put together. This is another version of an Aglio e Olio that's made with a linguini substitute. This dish has literally 5 ingredients that are more than likely already in your house. Now, once you learn this technique, you can create any combination of ingredients that you'd like. And, in my opinion, that's the selling of point of food is how flexible and forgiving it can be. The linguini dish tasted just as superb as the spaghetti Aglio e Olio and with the blink of an eye and 15 min, here it is. 🍝😋🥳❤️

So, remember those gluten free flour blends I made earlier this week?! Well, if you look closely, I was able to create a grain free tortilla mix that came out beautifully. Behold, my gluten and grain free tortillas! These were crisp on the outside and warm on the inside. Since they had no gluten in them, they didn't stretch/roll out very far, hence the other pictures. But, these are a keeper! They'll be on the midnight rotation for sure ❤️ And, I gotta say, these were the perfect vehicle for the meal we had tonight.

My delicious take on Spaghetti Aglio e Olio. This dish is extremely popular down in Italy and I kept it very, very traditionally Italian with sliced garlic 🧄, crushed red pepper 🌶️ flakes, tons of fresh parsley, and plenty of good olive 🫒 oil. I gotta tell ya, not bad for an American girl. ❤️

So, this here is a blend of gluten free flours that I played with to get the best results for my baked good. This is my blend. A blend that I created that gives gives me texturally what I seek as if I were eating a product with gluten. I'm proud of this! So, with this blend today, I was able to produce some chocolate chip cookies 🍪 that will taste amazing as soon as they pop off that sheet tray. This is my All-purpose gluten free blend 😍. It's a mixture of three different GF flours and a thickener/binding agent. All I have to say is YUM ❤💯
