According to my customer her guest described this cake as “decadent”. It is a 3 layer chocolate cake with Bailey’s Irish Cream filling and a chocolate Italian Meringue frosting. First time I’ve made a chocolate Italian Meringue frosting and it is sooo GOOD! I’ve been eating the leftovers by the spoonful - so yummy.
