So some advice/instructions on using a non chalk couture surface ( wood ) use some minwax finishing paste & wax the surface very well. Let sit over night or @ least 15 or more min. Then buff. Fuzz ur transfer very well, leave it just sticky enough to stick to ur project. Then chalk as normal. This process protects ur transfer from possible wooden pieces coming off onto ur transfer & also helps ur transfer release easily from the surface. U don’t want to risk stretching ur transfer as this will cause damage & possible tear of the silk screen mesh. I’ve never heard of it happening, but u want to take the best care of ur transfers I order to get the longest life out of them.
