What's so special about my chocolate chip cookies?

It starts with high quality flour including Red Fife- a heirloom hard red winter wheat. Next comes a ton of dark + semi sweet chocolate chips. I add sourdough starter, browned butter, and roll them in mini chocolate chips before baking them and topping them with Maldon flaky sea salt. 😋 There's a few reasons these always sell out!

I weigh each in at 3 ounces- so while they are technically big enough to share, I won't judge you if you don't. 🍪 You can still pre order now!
