Meet the summer loaf 😄 inspired by Coconut Espresso Cloud 🙌🏻

She's still in the works but this bread took 32 hours .... Yes peeps 32 longggggg hours 😅

Her base is pineapple juice with coconut cream filled with fresh pineapple chunks and coconut flakes.

She smells like summer in Hawaii 😋😍🥰

Definitely adjusting this one but think of it as more a brioche style vs a regular sourdough bread crumb.

Taste testers approved but I still want to see how far I can push on the inclusions.

One of the questions I get asked most often is: "How many calories are in a slice?" or "How many carbs does your sourdough have?"

Because I want to be as transparent and informative as possible, I recently invested in a professional nutrition analysis program that allows me to calculate the nutrition facts for each of my sourdough products. 🍞✨

Something important to keep in mind is that every baker uses their own unique recipe, ingredients, hydration levels, inclusions, and loaf sizes. Because of that, nutrition facts can vary significantly from one sourdough baker to another.

My goal is to help you make informed choices while enjoying handcrafted, small-batch sourdough made with quality ingredients. As I continue adding products to the program, I'll be sharing nutrition information so you can feel confident about what you're eating.
