Ninth menu option: Qudret Qaadir (Caramel Flan Cake)

If you’re wondering what qudret qaadir directly translates to, it’s “God’s Miracle”! This cake is one of the first I ever learned to make and continued making for family and friends growing up. It consists of a moist cake layer and creamy caramel flan layer!

Seventh menu option: Pistachio Dessert Cups

This dessert option was inspired by the flavorful pistachio desserts I tasted during my recent trip to Saudi Arabia. The deep and rich flavor had me obsessed and was something I wanted to recreate. So to add to my existing collection of easy-to-serve mini dessert cups, I created these soft green, pistachio-flavored beauties 💚

In my family, there’s no such thing as Eid without delicious Ma’mool cookies. And even better, we make them homemade! As a Eid special, I will be making them available to order. I will be accepting orders until April 29th at 3pm.

If there’s fruits in it that means it’s healthy right? Jk, but if you’re looking for a fruity and creamy dessert combo, this is the dessert for you! It tastes just like strawberry cheesecake, but bite-sized.

Fourth menu option: Hareesa bil ‘Ishtah (aka Basboosa bil ‘Ishtah)

This dessert has two layers of moist Hareesa cake with a thick layer of rich cream (‘Ishtah) sandwiched in between and topped with a delicious syrup and coconut and pistachio garnish. If you haven’t tried this before, you’re missing out! It is prepared ready to serve with a mini plate and lid for each slice so that all you have to do is enjoy 🙂

This traditionally Syrian dessert tastes amazing and is incredibly easy to serve. Royal pudding tastes best when served with nuts, but it is available with no toppings or two variations of toppings as shown in the images below.
