Happy September! We’ve got all the Fall feels while still honoring the last bit of Summer 🍁☀️ swipe for this months’s menu.
I have to say, I think this is our best menu yet and I can’t wait to get back into laminated doughs (croissants, danishes, etc) now that it’ll start cooling off!
Only a couple opportunities to get your hands on these goodies:
9/12: Sterling Street Market 10-2pm
9/19: Bolton Spring Farm 11-5pm (PS they will be open for apple picking that day! 🍎)
BOTH EVENTS ARE DOG FRIENDLY, so bring your pups because I’d like to say hi! 🐶

Wow! 🥐 Thank you The Bolton Fair and King Arthur Baking Company! I can’t believe I won 2nd place in the King Arthur Baking Contest this year (keeping the butter from melting in a kitchen without AC is not for the feint of heart). I’m so excited to bake croissants again in a couple months when the kitchen stays nice and cool to keep those layers shatteringly crisp 🥐
