Snow day #2 means we need oatmeal cookies! So, the first batch my son Elias chose the mix-ins: milk chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and mini marshmallows. I chose the mix-ins for the second batch: raisins, shredded coconut, cinnamon, white chocolate chips, dried cherries, and freeze dried pineapple! They are BOTH delicious!

When you get up at 6 this morning wanting to bake these beauties...banana chocolate chip with a chocolate ganache drizzle, double chocolate peppermint brownie bread topped with a layer of ganache, and a loaf of banana blueberry bread! My kitchen smells so good right now!!!
