🍌 This sourdough banana bread is almost 3 POUNDS.

At this point, it’s less of a loaf and more of a commitment. 😂

There’s a reason our scones taste a little different. ❤️
Every batch is mixed by hand, shaped by hand, and cut by hand right here in our bakery.
Why does that matter?
Because scone dough doesn’t like to be overworked. Mixing by hand lets us feel the dough and stop at just the right moment, helping create those tender, flaky layers instead of a tough, dense scone.
Hand-cutting also means each scone gets individual attention. They may not all look factory-perfect, but that’s kind of the point. 😉 They’re made in small batches, not rolling off an assembly line.
For you, that means:
• A softer, more tender crumb
• Flaky, buttery layers
• Generous mix-ins in every batch
• Fresh, small-batch quality
• A scone that was actually made by someone’s hands, not a machine
Around here, “handmade” really does mean handmade. ❤️

Update! There was a pricing issue with the scones and it has now been fixed!

Our summer was incredibly busy and we did not get to do ANY pre-orders! So here we go! Order are due by Wed at 5pm and pickup will be Friday from 6-8pm!

I am trying a different loaf pan. Same amount of dough, but the shape is more uniform with less of a “heel” so you get better slices from the ends, and it stands slightly taller. Let me know in the comments which you would prefer. The right loaf or left loaf? I will also randomly select a commenter to receive a FREE loaf!
