My schedule has been pretty full with custom orders lately and I am SO SO thankful for all of your support of my small business! 🥰
I wanted to go ahead and offer a pre-order menu for some July 4th treats next week! I will only be able to take a limited amount of orders, and then I will post "extras" up for grabs on Friday/Saturday (the 3rd/4th). So if you want to be sure and have something for your parties and get togethers next weekend, get with me quick! Pre-orders will close THIS SATURDAY, June 27th, at 5 pm. 🎆

I will be at the Lamesa Legacy Co-Op Farmers Market again tomorrow, May 2nd, from 9AM to 3PM! Come see me and get some yummy treats! I will have cake truffles, tea cakes, and sugar cookie teacher gifts! May is always full of so many special occasions--Mother's Day, graduations, and teacher appreciation just to name a few! Get with me quick if you need some special treats for your celebrations! I was recently asked if I had sugar-free options for a couple of birthday cakes. I decided to try my hand at some sugar-free baking and these were the results! The first cake I tried was a sugar-free, grain-free carrot cake with sugar free cream cheese Swiss meringue buttercream as the frosting. It was a challenge, and my frosting colors wound up bleeding a bit, but overall I was proud of my results! The birthday girl seemed to enjoy it as well and that's what mattered most 😊 The next cake was 2 layers of sugar-free funfetti and one layer of sugar-free strawberry, with sugar-free Swiss meringue buttercream. I am so happy with my first attempts and so excited to start offering these options for others! I love learning new baking skills, and also helping others with different dietary needs still be able to celebrate special occasions 😊❤️

Hello friends & followers!! (Long-ish post ahead! 😅)
I've recently had quite a few new followers to my page, so I thought I would introduce myself here!
My name is Tiffany, I'm a wife and mother of two wild kiddos, and I began operating my cottage bakery from my home in Lamesa about 3 years ago! I grew up learning to cook and bake from my mom and other family members and have loved it ever since. Baking yummy treats or cooking meals for others has always been something that brings me so much joy and is truly my love language!
My baking journey really "ramped up" when I had my own children and I wanted to create fun birthday cakes and treats for their birthday parties. I am mostly self-taught and have also taken a few online baking and decorating courses (and also a food handling course as required by the state). I have learned so much through taking custom orders for cakes and cookies over the last several years and it has been such a fun journey!
I really enjoy celebrating special events and occasions and love to help others make their celebrations special as well. Creating edible art is such a rewarding challenge and I would love to bake for you!🎂❤️

These are leftovers from the market yesterday, and the cakes got slightly damaged from transporting them too and from the market 😅 So, they are discounted 50% and are now $6 each! I have two, one vanilla flavor and one chocolate. I also have Superbowl cookies!!
