Okay, so if you’ve never had sourdough focaccia before… let me put you on real quick ☺️

It’s like the softest, fluffiest bread you can imagine, but with that little sourdough tang we all love. The inside is light and airy, and the outside gets perfectly golden with a slight crisp from olive oil.

Think of it as the bread that’s good with everything like sandwiches, dipping in soup, or honestly just tearing a piece off and eating it straight off the pan!

And the best part? Those little dimples (yours will have better dimples than what I have pictured here!) on top that hold all the goodness!
