🏡 Delivered a sweet housewarming gift of chocolate covered Oreos this morning. It was nice to design a personalized card to make it extra special!

🍪 Browned Butter Chocolate Chip dozen ready to go out! Plus an extra driving home cookie 😄.

✨ Browning Butter Tips✨
🧈 Use a heavy, light colored pot or pan
🧈 Cut butter into pieces for even browning
🧈 After the butter stops popping, cook low for 2-3 more minutes
🧈 Once you smell the nutty, caramelized fragrance and see amber colored specs remove from heat and pout into bowl to prevent burning
Browned butter takes regular cookies and other recipes to the next level!

Lots of mini’s going out the past few weeks! Double Chocolate Mini’s not a popular flavor-but they should be!
Most chocolate buttercream recipes call for cocoa powder. My recipe includes Dutch processed cocoa powder and ganache made with Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet chocolate bars for a rich chocolatey flavor.
