Baking this weekend, please let me know what you’d like by Saturday evening. Will be adding sourdough bagels but I will need those orders early Saturday as I will need to bake them Sunday.

50/50 whole wheat
Plain Jane sourdough 15% whole wheat
Cheddar jalapeño
Focaccia- $12 (need increase a little due to larger quantity of flour and more ingredients such as olive oil)
Sourdough bagels 6 for $10 (same amount of flour as I use for regular sourdough)

Baking Sunday! Let me know if I can make you something by tomorrow evening! Fruit and nut sourdough was a hit and didn’t even make myself one yet but here are some reviews 🥰

-Fruit and nut sourdough has dried cranberries, dates, and apricots with walnuts and pumpkin seeds $12 (need to increase a bit for the add ins)
-Plain Jane
-Cheddar Jalapeño
-50/50 whole wheat
-Sourdough focaccia
- gluten-free sourdough

Fresh sourdough pasta $7

Pick up or delivery in the evening on Monday!

I’m back to baking! Life has given us some huddles lately but I’m happy to be able bake for you again! Sharing my menu below. All loaves are $10 and focaccia I need to increase a little to $12 for the full pan due to the amount of flour I use. I will be starting orders on Friday with delivery or pickup Saturday. Hey there all my sourdough lovers! Just wanted to let you know I’ll be bake to baking soon. We had an issue with our sewer, which flooded part of our bottom floor. Luckily the area where all the flour is stored was safe however we had to seal it off to protect it for the restoration company to get things back to normal. Really thankful for companies like that 🙏🏻 I plan to start baking next Saturday with Sunday pickup or delivery. I’ll send out a menu soon 🥰 thank you!

If anyone needs anything I’m happy to add your order, however I won’t be able to deliver on Wednesday, orders would need to be picked up before 2:00 or Rick will be here later if you wanted to pick up then ☺️

Hey everyone! Sorry for short notice, been a little distracted with planning college tours for Chloe 🤩 super exciting things! I would love to start doughs tomorrow and have them ready for you Thursday! I’m just sharing last weeks menu, and add here the chocolate sour I shared, the buckwheat and the sourdough shokupan or milk bread. My youngest, Alyssa, is now a shokupan addict! I could customize the chocolate with different add ins, so let me know what sounds good! I just have to charge a little more for that one $13 to cover the chocolate. I also wanted to add if you would prefer your bread in a sandwich loaf shape instead of a traditional boule or batard I can definitely bake it that way for you! Just let me know 😊

Did you know sourdough pasta is a thing?! 😃 it’s so much easier to digest, it’s doesn’t have that heavy feeling in your stomach. I would love to find a way to make this for you regularly and to add to the menu. But currently it takes time with my old fashion manual roller. So not something I always have time to do. But I wanted to put it out there that I can do this by request if you have a special occasion or maybe the next time I’m making I’ll share about it and can make a bigger batch for anyone interested!
