We’ve got a couple of special treats making an appearance this week!

✨ New Flavor Drop: Italian Herb & Cheese Sandwich Loaf — think your favorite sub shop sandwich roll, but made with naturally fermented sourdough. Perfect for sandwiches, garlic bread, or toasted alongside dinner.

🍒🍫 And by popular demand, Chocolate Cherry Sourdough is making a comeback for those who like a little something sweet.

A quick heads-up, friends—many of you know my son is in the Army, and he’ll be coming home to visit for a few weeks. Because of that, I’ll be taking Saturday, 6/27 off from the market to spend some much-needed family time with him. ❤️🇺🇸

We’ll also be closed for the Fourth of July market, but don’t worry—my bread will still be stocked at MJ Provisionswhile I’m away.

And if you can’t make it to the market this Saturday, I’ll have a limited number of Father’s Day Sampler Boxes available Sunday morning at the provisions store.

I have to say, one of my favorite parts of this sourdough journey has been meeting so many incredibly talented and kind bakers along the way. ❤️

I’m especially grateful to Michaela from Indie Sourdough Co. for thinking of me and asking me to fill in for her at the beautiful Lavender U-Pick at Daily Blooms Fallbrook on June 14th. If you’ve ever seen her bread, you know how absolutely stunning it is! not only beautiful to look at, but crafted with so much skill and passion. She truly represents the best of this amazing sourdough community.

I’m so appreciative of this opportunity and excited to step outside of my usual routine to participate in a new event. It will be such a fun day surrounded by lavender fields, wonderful people, and, of course, lots of sourdough and baked favorites. I will post the full menu soon!
