We're so back 🤎 the highly anticipated return of Lakeland's best sourdough scones is finally here with some fun Halloween cookies to compliment! Keeping a limited menu here because ya girl is rusty and I don't move as fast in the kitchen like I did before lol. Plus I have a very trusty little helper but he does slow things down some too 🤷🏻‍♀️

But I can't even express how obsessed I am with this flyer design and how much I've missed all the menu planning and testing (its literally been *months* since I've bought butter 🤯) but Mama is back and I can't wait to see all your pretty faces!

Bring the whole fam out for a Friday night of fun!! 🎃

Cake is the Matilda Chocolate Cake by Britney Brown-Chamberlain with her chocolate fudge frosting (replacing the corn syrup for light agave) seriously one of the most scrumptious and indulgent cakes ever without being overly sweet!

I'm honestly so proud to say that August was full of completed projects with some much needed time in the kitchen too! I'm also really kinda surprised these all got done in just one month 😅

I've been enjoying every minute of motherhood and wouldn't trade this time for anything else in the world 💚

Thank you to everyone for sticking this out with me as I take in my first year of finally being a Mama + seeing what the future holds for Frisch & Co.

I can't believe this project started a little over 2 months ago and now it's finally finished!! 🤯

This patchwork quilted weekender tote was made using The Meadow Diaper Tote pattern by Mindful Mae as a base and modified to include a zipper placket top closure, inner zipper pocket, and custom shoulder straps.

♡ Outer patchwork squares were made with a charm pack from the Southern Charm collection by Riley Blake Designs
♡ Outer tan & cream gingham, floral liner fabric, and green fabric used for the straps all purchased from Hobby Lobby

Final bag measurements: 16" wide x 12" tall x 5.5" deep

A huge shoutout to my amazing husband for putting in so many hours after work, on the weekends, and late into the evenings to get our beautiful chicken coop complete just in time for our girls!

Which begs the question.. is there anything my husband won't build for me? 🤔
And that brings me to our big announcement that we'll be opening our very own little farmstand this fall! As things change in this new season of motherhood, markets are just not on the calendar for the foreseeable future. But I'm very excited to be coming off the long break and getting back into the business very soon!

What sort of things will you be looking for in the stand? Sourdough? Lakeland's best sourdough scones? Jar and bowl covers? Bread bags? Let me know!

We got some good progress made on our quilted wall tapestry yesterday! Is this an Ohio star? I can't for the life of me confirm with the inside square being tilted. Someone please let me know!! I'm not quite ready to tackle a big quilt project yet, but my heart is full with these smaller projects 🫶🏼

These past few weekends we've also been hitting our favorite antique shops and all the yard sales we see and we've seriously been having the best of luck! Our home is really starting to become my grandma hobby, cottagecore dream 😍 let me know if you guys want to see a big haul from the past few weeks!!

What a year it's been ✨️

So many lessons learned, milestones achieved, and so many amazing friends along the way! 2025 has sure brought it's fair share of ups and downs but there's truly so much to be thankful for.

None of it would've been possible without all of you. To all of our customers, we are so grateful for every hard earned dollar you've spent supporting my dream. To all our small business friends, thank you for cheering us on while you too were busy pouring into your own dreams. We can't thank y'all enough!

We may not know what the future holds but we can't wait to take you along with us in the adventures of 2026 🫶🏼
