About Unrefined
I’m Ashley Shannon, former Lead Pastry Chef in Tampa and Restaurateur turned unrefined flour connoisseur. After spending years in an industry that uses bleached flour and processed ingredients, I discovered how grain should really taste. Freshly milled grain offers a richer flavor, a fuller texture, and significantly more nutrition than traditional bleached flour. Unrefined will be at the Lakeland Farmers Market every Saturday from 8-2 and will be available for orders every day of the week.
