I consider myself a very creative person and since I know there are millions of ways to be creative with food, I just would like to let my creativity juices flow by making cakes and focus on the endless possibilities on where my engineer driven mind can take

me with architecture and design. I am always looking to improve my artistry in my cake business and that’s why I have been and continue looking for new resources, learning new techniques, using new tools, etc… The Cake Decorating World is enormous, exciting and I just love it!
