Chili! This was an ad hoc experiment. I had gone to Costco’s and bought two huge pieces of Chuck which I slowly braised in a Dutch oven, most of it I made a beef barley soup which came out excellent and the remaining chuck roast I decided to make chili....and boy oh boy it came out incredible. it’s so fun to experiment in the kitchen and try all different flavors this was one of my best efforts.
