Our staff in Maison De La Fork are dedicated to provide an excellent service to our clients and your complete satisfaction is our mission. Maison De La Fork woul

d proudly plan your events, birthdays, and weddings from start to finish under your supervision and you may contact us as many times as it takes to be satisfied and happy. Maison De La Fork kitchen uses [mostly] organic ingredients that are available in the United State market, however none organic ingredients are also welcome to our kitchen due to the orders. For more information in regards to any products or services and for placing your orders please contact us by email or simply give us a call. We would love to hear from you.

Once again, we were blessed with the honor of celebrating Nowruz beside you, with you, and for you, becoming a small, heartfelt part of your Haft-Seen tables, where tradition, memory, and hope gently intertwine.

This season, our beloved Kolompeh cookies, crafted with care in our kitchen, found their place within the Nowruz celebration of . To share in this moment, to carry the spirit of Nowruz alongside them, has been both a joy and a true honor.

Nowruz stands as one of the great, enduring rituals of the Iranian people across the world.
A living tradition carried through time, passed from one generation to the next with beauty, dignity, and care.

In these difficult days for Iran, our commitment to this heritage feels even more profound.
We hold it with intention, preserve it with love, and carry it forward for the generations to come, and this year, as part of that devotion, a portion of our Nowruz collection will be dedicated to supporting small, like-minded pastry workshops in Iran, helping them continue their craft and bring sweetness to their own communities.

We stand firmly with the Iranian people and their national revolution against the Iranian regime, and we strongly condemn the regime’s brutal suppression of those demanding freedom, equality, and justice.

Last night was nothing short of extraordinary, we had the honor of celebrating the 14th Annual Gala at the iconic , where we proudly designed and served an exclusive dinner experience created especially for this remarkable evening.

It was a night filled with art, culture, and celebration, a true milestone that I will cherish forever. This achievement would not have been possible without the incredible professional kitchen team at the Beverly Wilshire and my amazing Maison De La Fork family, whose dedication, passion, and artistry made every detail shine.
