I've decided to open up for Easter bread orders. Limited menu available and limited quantities so get your orders in quick! I will be using Hotplate for orders and payment from here on out. Time for the March loaf of the month!

This months loaf is inspired by blueberry muffins. Think soft blueberry muffin with hints of cinnamon and juicy blueberries in every bite but wrapped up in an artisan style sourdough loaf with the classic crunchy crust! I have to say this may be a new favorite of mine. And may end up on my permanent menu!

This loaf can be ordered now for next weeks pick up. Let me know if you’d like one! $15

**New menu item!**

I can’t remember the last time we’ve bought store bread. That being said, I’ve been craving a big fat peanut butter and jelly sandwich but on crispy crust sourdough bread? That didn’t sound like it went well together. So I mixed up a batch of my classic sourdough loaf but added in some olive oil to soften the crumb and some local honey (my neighbor has bees…so by local I mean as local as local can get!). I was able to make soft fluffy sourdough sandwich bread and it made for the best peanut butter and jelly! Kid approved *see attached picture of Vivienne stealing my sandwich*

I’ll be adding this to the menu for next weeks orders. Hoping to be able to make flavored sandwich loaves but for now we’ll keep it simple with classic! $14
