Good afternoon everyone! I know it has been a minute, I was blessed to to see another one of my cousins graduate from high school last weekend and get to visit with family back in Missouri…but I am back and ready to stock you up on the essentials or get you that sweet treat you have been craving. Summer is here, school is out which means kids at home let me make it easier for you so you can spend more time with your littles by providing you with fresh homemade breads and quick snacks like granola bars! Today is mission Monday so if you get your orders in today I will donate a portion to any mission or ministry of your choice just let me know where you want it to go when you order!

If you wanted to know what a sourdough starter is my starter is exploding with excitement for you to see to as you can see by it come out of the jar!
A starter is just bread flour mixed with water that ferments over time as it continues to be ‘fed’ with more flour and water everyday and when it’s all bubbly like this it is ready to make those wonderful sourdough goodies we all love! 🤩
That fermentation process is what allows sourdough to rise and be full of those probiotics and prebiotics that make it gut healthy!
