Qualifications: Our ideal candidate has at least 6 months food service or baking experience.

In this position you will be trained to twist dough into pretzels. Other requirements include; the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, the ability to multi-task, to work in cohesion with a team, and the ability to do basic math.

Job description: As a Crew Member you will be trained to roll and dip pretzels. You will be responsible for making dough, adding food toppings to pretzels, and preparing trays of pretzels in a timely manner. You will ensure all trays of pretzels meet Auntie Anne’s quality and standards. You will replenish food containers as needed. Engage with customers in a friendly way and prepare sample trays. You will also be trained to bake trays of pretzels.
