my story
My Granny Roxie operated numerous restaurants in Lafayette Co, so to me she was an awesome cook & baker. She could whip up a dessert from scratch in no time. Once she retired from publicly cooking, our family still enjoyed her home cooked meals and desserts. But I told her one time, Granny you cook and Ill bake...so I baked a batch or 2 of Christmas treats and I loved it. She gave me one of her mixers which I still have (it doesnt work to well). I use the bowl that come with it to this day.
My baking is OLD FASHIONED TRADITIONAL desserts. I try to bake the desserts I remember Granny baking. I have a couple or three I truly want to master and be comfortable to offer to my customers. I want my children and grandchildren to know the difference between homemade and store bought.
So my business is not a fly by night or only holiday cooking business. I want it to be a business for Union Co to enjoy for years to come.
I started this business under the Fl cottage food law and will adhere to their guidelines to the best of my abilities.

Just stopped at B-Squared for the first time, got their baked apple pork chops. It was well worth the trip from Macclenny to get it. First time but definitely not the only or last time.
