I know we have seen it before, but we just can't get enough of how beautiful and tasty our opening dish was for this event! Guests got to start the evening our FIRST COURSE: ONO CARPACCIO. The fish itself was divine, but those extra pops of flavor like the pickled strawberries and heat from the serrano chiles really elevated the dish to the next level!
