I know we have seen it before, but we just can't get enough of how beautiful and tasty our opening dish was for this event! Guests got to start the evening our FIRST COURSE: ONO CARPACCIO. The fish itself was divine, but those extra pops of flavor like the pickled strawberries and heat from the serrano chiles really elevated the dish to the next level! And that beet gastrique color makes it tasty for the eyes as well! Topped off with some olive oil and of course our favorite edible flowers from

Another sneak peek at what to expect at your tasting dinner this weekend! Our grand finale comes in the form of a special dessert called the Baked Hawaii! Similar to the classic Baked Alaska dessert with a tropical twist! Consists of a coconut galette with lemon curd, vanilla ice cream surrounded in torched meringue and topped with a candied pineapple.

One of the many amazing views from our tables! Fun fact about Pacifico: it’s the only restaurant where you are able to see all three islands (Kaho’olawe, Lanai, and Moloka’i) at once! For those that did the wine and cocktail pairing this last time around, we ended the night with a little espresso twist. Meet the O’o Fashioned, inspired by the classic whiskey drink and our very own Maui coffee. Curated by our amazing bar leader

Consist of:
- Woodford Reserve Whiskey
- chilled espresso (roasted by us)
- maple syrup
-
- topped with coffee beans!
