If you know me, you know the Dowell house has been a little crazy the last several months. Thankfully things are settling down, and I’m finding myself spending time in the kitchen again. I made a batch of caramel apples this evening and will be making more in the weeks to come. I will also be making caramel corn, fall snack mixes, cake pops, and cookies. I’m still here! Sorry I haven’t posted in a while. It’s been crazy busy around here. I’ve added a member to my kitchen staff, my sweet granddaughter, Ryee! She’ll be helping me take orders for Christmas. Cake pops, caramel corn, truffles, cookies, snack mix… let us know what you need!

What a busy summer! I just wanted to thank all of you who allowed me to make treats for your grad parties, weddings, and other special days so far this summer!

We’ve been so busy the last 2 months with baseball, but I’ve still found time to fill some orders. Hundreds of cake pops have gone out the door (I’m terrible at taking pictures of them), and almost as many cookies! Rookie of the year cookies for a sweet little one year old, dog bones for a special little dog lover’s dog “pawty”, princess shoes and dresses for a princess birthday, and several awesome baseball players who are signing with their colleges to play next year. I really wish I’d taken pictures of them all!
