Had a special order for a peanut butter cup cheesecake. The crust is a brownie crust with a peanut butter cheesecake with chopped peanut butter cups in it. Covered in a chocolate and peanut butter ganache with peanut butter cups on top.

A flavorful bagel inspired by your favorite slice of pizza, savory pizza sauce, melty mozzarella, and pepperoni flavor in every bite. Soft and chewy on the inside with a perfectly golden crust, this bagel is delicious toasted and paired with cream cheese or marinara sauce.

The verdict is in from the taste tester:

Both the pizza bagel and bacon and cheddar bagel will be added to our website for purchase.

The bacon and cheddar bagel will be perfect paired with an egg and a slice a cheese for breakfast.

The pizza bagel will be perfect paired with some butter and parm cheese or make a meal out of it by making it an open faced pizza.

The bagels will be on our website by the weekend.

We are testing some new flavors for our bagels. They go to the taste testers tomorrow for review.

First one is a pizza bagel. The dough has the pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni incorporated into it. Topped with mozzarella cheese.

Second one is a sharp cheddar and bacon. The dough has freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese, bacon pieces and bacon salt incorporated into it. Topped with cheddar cheese and a sprinkling of the bacon salt.

If these flavor past testing they will be added to our website.

This month the 10% of proceeds will be going to Their Voice of Hope.

The mission of Their Voice of Hope, Inc. is to advocate for and empower women Veterans, survivors, and individuals in need, giving a voice to the voiceless. We strive to ensure access to affordable housing, essential benefits, and vital community resources, while addressing the lasting effects of PTSD and MST through health, wellness, and healing programs. Our free, trauma-informed initiatives include healing through art expression, yoga, monthly luncheons, weekly walks, crochet classes and other social engagement opportunities fostering connection, resilience, and renewed hope for those we serve.

Let’s get the orders in and support this amazing organization.
