This weekend’s market forecast has your girl STRESSED. I’ve been checking the weather nonstop and really hoping the rain clears out. So much time, planning, and preparation goes into these market weekends, and bad weather makes everything feel so unpredictable. My anxiety is going crazy. Really hoping for sunshine, for me and all our vendor friends & organizers who pour so much love, time, and hard work into these markets and pop ups!

Ube sans rival(gf) 
Crisp cashew meringue layered with ube French buttercream and toasted cashews. Light, nutty, and melt-in-your-mouth rich.  my fave cake!!!!! So many textures!
 
Cassava macapuno cake (gf) 
Grated cassava and coconut milk with sweet macapuno baked inside, topped with creamy coconut custard. Its like a butter mochi + custard baby with lots of coconut!
 
POG donut 
Sugar-rolled donut filled with guava, passionfruit, and blood orange cream . Zero notes SO SO SO GOOD. I will be bringing this back FOR SURE!
 
Thai tea monkey bread 
Thai tea–infused pull-apart bread coated in coconut sugar and warm spices. Sticky, buttery, and caramelized.  I love love Thai tea. With cardamom and cinnamon and condensed milk caramel goodness. I nuke these in the microwave to get that caramel melty again and 😩
 
Champorado cookie 
Brown butter chocolate cookie with tablea, dark chocolate chunks, and a soft evap mochi center. The fudgiest cookie. With the mochi in the middle? Yermmmmm
