Here is the menu for the farmers market Saturday June 6th.
Please place your orders for the large tarts (7inch / serve 6) by end of day Wednesday.
- Tarts (available in 7 inch and individual): Raspberry Hazelnut / Galette Frangipane (aka Almond Tart)
- snacks: chouquettes (aka choux puffs) / macarons (lemon and blueberry)

I am super excited to bring ‘chouquettes’ (pronounced shooket) to the La Grange Farmers' Market & Artisans tomorrow. I absolutely love these!
They are choux puffs (same as an eclair but filled with AIR instead of pastry cream) topped with a little pearl sugar. Extremely simple, light and totally addictive.
Every farmers market and bakery in France has them.
Menu for tomorrow:
Croissants: plain, chocolate, almond
Baguettes
Tarts: Raspberry Hazelnut, Galette Frangipane
Snacks: Chouquettes, Madeleines

In light of Oldham County Schools graduations this coming week end, I am taking orders early for large tarts (7 inches / serve 6). They will be available for PPU on Friday afternoon or at the La Grange Farmers' Market & Artisans on Saturday morning.
The options are:
- Raspberry Hazelnut
- Double Chocolate Pecan
- Tarte Frangipane / Almond Tart

Thank you to all who came to the La Grange Farmers' Market & Artisans last Saturday; all the vendors were thrilled that you all showed up despite the weather!
Will you do it again this Saturday?
I will bring a new tart this week: Raspberry Hazelnut; a sablée pastry topped with a toasted hazelnut cake, a homemade raspberry jelly and a disk of dark chocolate.

Hello La Grange Farmers' Market & Artisans!
There will be some slight changes to the French Twist Pastry menu this Saturday.
I will be bringing a Puff Pastry Almond Tart (aka Galette a la Frangipane) that is very popular in France; this is a super moist almond filling (think almond croissant flavor) between two layers of super flaky puff pastry. It will be available in 7ich and individual size.
I am also replacing the lemon loaf with a chocolate loaf this week.
The menu:
- croissants: plain, chocolate, almond

- tarts: strawberry and almond
- snacks: madeleines and chocolate loaf.

Looking forward to La Grange Farmers' Market & Artisans Saturday morning with some beautiful weather!
Some of you asked for almond croissants so I have been working on that this week and I am ready. I will have some this Saturday.
The rest of the menu is the same.

I had a lot of fun sharing my pastries with you all last Saturday at La Grange Farmers' Market & Artisans ... so much so that I am ready to do it again!
This week's menu will be the same as last week's. See below for a reminder.
In order to ensure optimal freshness and texture, I am making a couple of changes:
I will make the larger tarts to order; they are 7 inches and serve 6.
For all other items, pre-orders are not necessary but they are appreciated especially if you are looking to purchase several of one item.

Big News: French Twist Pastry is coming to the La Grange Farmers' Market & Artisans!
I am so excited for the opening of the La Grange Farmers' Market & Artisans this Saturday! Along with Crunch BySophie granola and Harvest Home Dairy & Cheese whole milk yogurt, I am bringing French Twist Pastry to the market.
Everything is baked with traditional French techniques and quite a bit of butter 😀.
Here is our debut menu for April 25th:
🥖Sourdough baguettes
🥐Hand laminated croissants: plain and chocolate
🍓Tarts: Strawberry tarts and double chocolate pecan tarts
🍰Treats: Madeleines (French butter cakes) and Zesty lemon loaf slices
