Who we are...
Between the Slices is a family owned small batch bakery. We began as a small sandwich and bake shop in Alma, Nebraska that served high quality meats and made from scratch pies and cheesecakes. In 2018 we sold the business and moved to Maryville, Tennessee as we felt God calling us there. They say to do what you love and even though we moved halfway across the country it didn’t take the desire out of our hearts to bake, serve others, and show God’s love. So here we are today with a new version of Between the Slices focusing on serving delicious desserts with a specialty in cheesecakes. We take pride in using high quality ingredients such as real butter, fresh or frozen fruit, real whipping cream, and lots of love. What’s between the slices is what makes our desserts so special.
