I was so honored to be able to make my brother and his beautiful bride’s wedding cake this past weekend! It was so much fun and turned out better than I had hoped!

The top and bottom tiers are white cake with homemade raspberry filling, and the middle tier is strawberry cake - all three covered in buttercream icing and a beautiful assortment of flowers!

This Cars themed cake is 100% gluten free, and is vanilla (dyed blue) with buttercream icing!

Learning about gluten and how to make a yummy cake without it was an adventure, but I’m so thankful for the opportunity! As I told this customer, there’s no reason why anyone with allergies or food-restrictive illnesses should skip dessert, especially birthday cakes! My goal is to be able to provide yummy treats for everyone, and not just accommodating their needs, but providing good quality that they love! 🏎 💙

It’s been a busy few weeks!

First, a Bluey smash cake and cupcakes for a very sweet little girl! She’s allergic to red dye so I made the pink icing with Beet juice and it was 100% safe for her AND didn’t change the flavor of the icing! 🥰

Second, a fishing cake that was so much fun! The boat and fish are made out of rice crispy treats then covered in fondant, the little fisherman is made out of fondant, and his tackle box aid a mini snickers! 🎣

Last, a lemon blackberry cake with a homemade lemon curd filling and mascarpone cheese icing, and a batch of vanilla cupcakes with buttercream for a sweet wedding shower! 🍋
