This was a new flavor that I hadn't given any thought to until recently! I was asked to "just make something you think we'd like, but something we haven't tried before!" I can do that! I decided to go with a Speculoos Cookie Butter cheesecake, with Biscoff cookie crust. Perfection!

🌰🥥I'll call the first one "Best of Both Worlds!" Half Almond Joy, half Mounds. ("Almond Joy's got nuts, Mounds don't!") I wish I could show a pic of what out looked like sliced, but she said everyone ate it before she could take one. 😂 Creamy Coconut cheesecake topped with chocolate ganache and almonds on half!🥥🌰

🥜🍫Peanut Butter Cup is always a favorite! And you can't go wrong with peanut butter and chocolate, right?!🍫🥜

🍒🍫And last but FAR from least, Chocolate Cherry! I need a good name for this one. The request was for one similar to chocolate cherry ice cream, like B&J's Cherries Garcia. Pretty sure I nailed, but what's a fun name for it?🍫🍒
