I had 580 guesses (some were just funny comments) on how long it took me to mix, scoop, bake and package 600 chocolate chip cookies. You are all so fun and this was great to see some of your guesses! Some of you truly think I have a magic wand and some must think I am as slow as a 🐢. 🤣

I started mixing at 10am on Saturday and completed them all at 3:27pm. 5 hours and 27 minutes. I had no exact guess but several - 17 to be exact - with a guess of 5 1/2 hours. I entered the names on a random spinner and here is our winner!

Three days out from Season Championship Night at Knoxville Raceway! Here's what's on tap for Saturday, August 29: 410s, 360s, and Pro Sprints racing for the championship, live music from Neva Alden starting at 4:30, a Junior Fan Club event for the kids, and free admission for anyone 12 and under.

We're grilling burgers, brats, chips, plus cold water, on McKay Group, for the first 500 race fans. Come hungry and cheer with us!
