My Story

Hi! My name is Brenda and for years I specialized in creating custom cakes for my clients. However, after a couple of moves, a few wrist surgeries and a whole lot of pain, I decided I'd have to give up on a profession I absolutely love, and cake decorating would have to become a distant memory. And then one day I had an “Ah Ha” moment; I realized that I didn't have to give up completely on something I love doing. I might not be able to roll out pounds of fondant or torte multiple cakes every day but I can certainly do them in moderation. And, have fun teaching people what I've learned over the years allowing me to still enjoy my passion. So now, I am bringing the "tricks of the trade" straight into your home; teaching you everything I've learned and mastered over the years. I will be adding material daily teaching you the basics of a simple 4 layer cake to the steps of creating tiered masterpiece. Plus, I'll provide you with amazing recipes along the way. My intent is not to sell anything on this site, so I’ll provide you with affiliate links for the tools I'll be using. Maybe your goal is to just "up your game" on presenting your family with a neatly frosted cake with a simple border for your next get-together.
