I especially appreciate the transient nature of cake as an art form, as a form of self expression, and the ability cake has to make people happy. I specialize in 2D and 3D fondant covered carved and stacked cakes. I custom make both cakes and jewelry.

Holiday baking is officially underway!

These cookies were adapted from a recipe of the famous Brenner Bakery "chocolate topped cookies" vaguely shared on YouTube.

After multiple plays with the recipe ratios, these were the results. A sweet delicate melt in the mouth cookie with a crisp outside and slight chew in the center topped with a dark(ish) chocolate ganache.

My 12 year old declared them to be "bussin bussin", which I understand to better than just regular bussin, so I think it have a winner!

I am lucky enough to currently be on display at two Knoxville breweries!

Thank you to Geezers Brewery for letting me display for the month of December! Absolutely one of my favorite new breweries and you need to go if you haven't. Fantastic staff and I am currently in love with the Carmichael ESB on Nitro. 😍

Also av thank you to Fanatic Brewing Company for letting me continue to decorate their walls! Sold a few pieces and switched out some others this past week. I still stand by the Radler for my go to favorite!
