🍑 **Y'all... I may have done a thing.** 🍑

Soooo... let's just say **50 POUNDS OF PEACHES** somehow followed me home. 🤷‍♀️🍑

Now I need your help deciding what these beauties should become! If it can be made gluten-free and Celiac safe, I'm willing to give it a whirl.

Current status: my kitchen table looks like a croissant exploded and lost the fight. 🥐😂

Flour? Everywhere. Butter? Questionable locations. My table? Filing for emotional damages.

But that's the price of making those flaky, buttery, gluten-free, Celiac-safe croissants y'all keep asking for... and I'd do it all over again!

As a proud U.S. Air Force Veteran, this day holds a special place in my heart. I'm grateful for the opportunity I had to serve alongside some of the finest men and women our country has to offer. Their dedication, sacrifice, and commitment remind me every day that liberty comes with responsibility.

Today, I celebrate the blessings of living in this incredible nation, the innovators who continue to shape our future, the military families who sacrifice so much, and the freedoms that allow small businesses like mine to do what I love.
