Made a few cheesecakes for presents/ special orders. I’m amazed with how fast these bake here at this elevation. What used to take me an hour takes only 40 minutes here. I know it’s only 20 minutes difference, but I just love it. Hope y’all have a Merry Christmas. We will be back Friday with our regular menu and some goodies for you to purchase!
