Baking products from scratch using high-quality ingredients is important to me. Using organic products when possible as well as products that have been minimally processed (e.g. I also strive to make delicious baked goods that can fit a variety of dietary needs. My meat-eating extended family now frequently requests my vegan cake and chocolate frosting for special occasions and I have made gluten

free cakes and cookies on request. In addition, I enjoy customizing all of these baked goods so that they not only taste good, but also look beautiful (or whimsical, or just fun). I am open to all requests for both flavors of cakes and cookies as well as decorations. I will try just about anything!
