Did you know that you could quickly turn your frozen hamburger into a quick Taco Tuesday meal? 🌮 Yep, it has saved this mom before! I linked the recipe below and then just added my taco spices and turned my instant pot on sauté to finish.

Frozen Ground Beef in the Instant Pot is a fast, convenient way to cook a frozen block of ground beef. The pressure cooker quickly cooks frozen hamburger!

I made these seasonings years ago and still find new uses even today!

With tonight's meal I made a flat bread on a salt stone from The Salt Oasis Kingsport and brushed some ranch seasoning with some olive oil on top. Yummy, it was a hit at my house! Gluten free is good 😀

Ranch seasoning

For many of us that have multiple food allergies we thought this would never be an option again. But that day has arrived my friends! My ranch mix is also gluten, dairy, and gmo free. That means it can enjoyed with all of the flavor that you have been wanting!

Of course you can make just dressing or dip with the mix but also think outside of the box. Season your bread crumbs next time you use them. Make a marinade for your meat using a little olive oil and the seasoning. Sprinkle some on your roasted potatoes 😋

This is also available at The Salt Oasis Kingsport as individual bags or in a bulk size glass jar.

I will have samples of this at the Oct 2 fall festival at The Salt Oasis. Come sample, shop, and have fun!

Taco Tuesday! 🌮

My taco mix is gluten, dairy, and gmo free! That means pure spices only....which also means full flavor!

I have individual bags just like what you get in the store for 1 pound of meat at a time or in a glass jar for those of us that eat a lot of tacos!

Also think seasoning other things besides just meat...veggies....popcorn....taco can be for so much more!

Seasoning Salt

This seasoning mix was made as there is a certain fast food chain locally that is known to put this kind of salt on their french fries. As I have multiple food allergies making food at home became a necessity for me and I craved the food I grew up on. Since partnering with The Salt Oasis Kingsport using the Himalayan Salt as the number 1 ingredient has made this mix have an amazing flavor on all sorts of foods. Of course I am still partial to my french fries 😆

Try it on something new.... Season your
-Hamburgers
-Meatballs
-Eggs (scrambled, egg salad, deviled.....)
-Roast whole chickens and turkeys
-Chicken Wings
-Hashbrowns
-Squash or other vegetables from the garden

The ideas are truly limitless. When we go camping and I am limited on space, I make sure to pack my seasoning salt as it is versatile and can be used on about anything!

Hi everyone!

I am so excited to be in a partnership with The Salt Oasis Kingsport . I have been using their Himalayan Salt in my spice mixes for my household and now have been able to package them to sell at The Salt Oasis.

I will have the following available at their location:
All Purpose Season Salt
Ranch Seasoning
Taco Seasoning

All seasonings all gluten and dairy free as well as non GMO. I have small bags of the taco and ranch seasonings and I also have beautiful glass jars of each blend available.

These seasonings were developed years ago for personal use in my household out of necessity as finding good quality gluten free mixes was hard to find. My daughter and I have been going to The Salt Oasis for years and we have loved the spice mixes even more since using their Himalayan Salt.

In the upcoming weeks I will be making posts on how I use these seasonings in my everyday cooking.

I am also looking forward to doing the fall open house at The Salt Oasis Oct. 2, mark the date to come have fun and shop!

Hi friends!

It has been a long 3 years since I have really updated this page. This mom needed to take off her chef jacket and focus on my daughter's medical care.

I am starting back very slowly and hope to do more in the future. I am still going to be selling to friends and family as I will not be a "certified" kitchen from the state and will be working out of my house. I am working on renewing my servsafe certification and they are now offering an allergen certification, which I will also hope to pursue.

I recently partnered with The Salt Oasis Kingsport working on my spice blends. These blends, taco, ranch, and seasoning salt, are blends that I use at my house and now include their amazing Himalayan salt.
