You all absolutely blow us away every day. Transitioning to a brick and mortar shop is scary and you all have continued to show up the way you did for pop-ups. We cannot wait until construction is complete and we fully open so you can see the full vision come to life.

Lots of events coming up! Make sure to mark your calendars. Here's the run down:

Nov 29th- First phase of opening! Construction is still occurring in the back so we're opening in phases. Tuesday through Friday will feature a select set of items in the pastry case. Saturdays will include a full case selection! (Sorry, we are unable to serve coffee until construction is complete)

Dec 3rd- DKA Jingle and Mingle! Stop by for a reception with December's feature artist, Beverly Jenkins, and enjoy 10% off her work for this day only.

Dec 10th- Christmas Cookie Boxes! Need a gift for your teacher, neighbor or friend? A cookie box is perfect! These can be pre-ordered (coming soon) or you can pick out your perfect box on December 10th. More details to come.

Dec 17th- Cookie Decorating for all ages! Stop but the shop and pick out some cookies to decorate. We'll have everything you need to decorate right in the shop.

Chive Milk Bread Rolls
Milk bread is a white bread made with, you guessed it, milk! The dough is incredibly soft and springy due to the Tangzhong method (flour, water and milk heated to form a roux).

You can get these rolls on our Thanksgiving Pre-orders at the thecrumbum.square.site/s/shop .Make sure to place your order soon as quantities are limited.

“When are you opening?!”
The question that keeps hitting our inbox. Construction continues and we’re patiently awaiting the go ahead for our first phase of opening.

Phase 1 of opening will include lots of art with a limited selection of baked goods on weekdays. On Saturdays, we’ll be hosting Showcase Saturdays with a completely stocked pastry case and special events like music or live art demonstrations.

Once our kitchen is complete we’ll have our grand opening in early 2023! (We’re keeping the details of everything we’ll offer a surprise 😉)

Even though we hoped to be fully open earlier, we all know that good things are worth the wait! Make sure you’re following us to be the first to hear about official dates, because phase 1 is coming soon!

Almond Croissants- our classic croissant, filled with scratch made frangipan and almond simple syrup, topped with more frangipan and slivered almonds, then baked again. These are always a crowd favorite!
