It's been too long! I don't know how many months- dare I say even a year+ - since I picked up my tools and made someone some edible art!

With my youngest turning eight- having a new found love of jelly fish- I put everything else aside and spent long over due time in the creative zone. I loved every minute of the challenge and am stunned with the results. My son was too. 🥳 I dare say this one ranks in my top 5 for sure!

Thanks for allowing me to be a part of your special day Mr. & Mrs. Green, but especially for requesting new flavor combinations for your cupcakes!
I have never had a bride ask for Earl Grey anything, but this Earl Grey cake paired with a lavender butter cream is now one of my favorite!
The other flavors- vanilla cinnamon paired with mocha, peanut butter with strawberry cream, and a light lemon with blueberry butter cream- fun to create, perfect, and then present.

One more for the books. This cake was ordered to celebrate the life of a man who liked just a few things. :)
It's a quarter sheet cake with white chocolate marscapone butter cream and raspberry cream filling. The carmalized pecans and color scheme help keep this in a delicious masculine range that the client and guests loved.
