What a last few couple of days it's been!!!!! In a good way!!!! Ms Alicia had her annual Juneteenth Celebration yesterday, and I was honored to be asked to make the treats for the 2nd year in a row!!!! I got to see first hand how much effort she puts into her celebrations, and Wow is all I can say. Here's a sneak of one of the Bouquets I made for the event. I'll be sharing the rest next week, and can't wait for yall to see the biggest cake I've ever made. ♡

Ya'll, it finally happened 😩 It was a crazy week last week, and I messed up an order. Flavor and colors were exactly as ordered, but I got the Letter Messed up. It was supposed to be a letter K, and for some unknown reason, I thought it was a letter M. But thankfully it was a quick fix. And tysm for being patient while I fixed the mistake and made it right. We are all human. And mistakes will be made. Just another learning point to triple check all details. I didn't get a Picture of the "K", but they were the same beautiful cupcakes as seen here♡

● I have 2 weekend spots left for June.

● As it gets hotter, I do recommend bring a insulted bag/ cooler when you pick up. Especially with cakes. Buttercream melts quickly, and even though I add support to the cakes, the cake will bulge and shift if it gets too warm. And please take it straight home and into the fridge. It will not hold up for a 5 minute trip into the store. I am not responsible for the cake once I pass it to you. The weight of decor and the layers stacked on top will not hold in this heat/humidity for a long period of time. Is it safe to eat, yes. Will it be pretty being left out? No.

Good morning!!!!! I've had a few people message me about offering cream cheese/whipped Frosted cakes. Unfortunately, as a Cottage Baker, I am NOT allowed to offer those. I hold my standards very high with my business, and the risk of getting shut down for selling something I'm not allowed to, is not worth me losing my business. My buttercream is very stable to be left out(approved recipe from lab testing). Of course with heat and humidity, it is recommended that you put in the fridge to prolong the details and keep buttercream from drooping. But they are perfectly safe to be left out if consumed within the 2-3 days after purchase. I do offer buttercream flavor options with flavoring added in to mock the flavor of cream cheese, but it will not be the real deal. Thank you so much for understanding!!! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
