Easter & Special Spring Announcement:
I will not be posting an Easter menu🐰
This doesn’t mean you can’t order something. Orders are always welcome unless I am away/booked!🧁

Special Spring Announcement: I will be CLOSED for all orders from April 12th until May 25th!!
But June is open! This is a ONE time Special Closure. In order for me to prepare & enjoy my wedding & complete my wedding cake. Thank you for your understanding! 💐

Cupcake Decorating Class!🧁

Don’t live close to Kerhonkson? No problem! We have an option to attend virtually. Please contact me for details or to sign up! Please note: buyer will pay shipping if you would like a whole kit sent to you for class. But there are different options with varying prices.

I am hoping to update with a photo of some of the designs we will be making. But I am unsure I will have time. Some of the designs will be- Roses, a love letter made from fondant, fondant hearts, & more!

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot for class. This is due to the amount of people who cancel the day before or morning of when I already have all supplies bought, plus cupcakes & frosting made! Certain exceptions may be made for refunds on cancellations.

Thanksgiving Update: Cutting off orders soon! Not posting a menu this year. Very limited to what I can accept. May post extras for those who don’t get on my order list! But unsure if I will have extras. Custom orders only at this time, first come first serve. Thanks everyone for your patience! 🥧

On another note, Dog Friends: I’m offering limited Dog Advent Calendars. Countdown to Christmas with 12 unique homemade dog items. $35 for the box 🐶🎁 Can be shipped, buyer pay shipping!

Items may include- a collar, name tag, bowties, bandanas, a plush dog toy, a wool felt tug toy, an ornament, possibly a leash, & treats of course! Items like pull straps & leash wraps available for fellow in training dogs. May include surprise items.

-If you would like to order, I will send you a form to fill out with some of your dogs info.
-If you have more than one dog, I may be able to give you a deal. Message me!
-This entire thing will be boxed up for you & your dog to open up. Each item will be in a bag labeled 1 through 12.
-Ideally this will be started by you on December 13th. When there’s 12 days until Christmas & you countdown until Christmas Eve!
-I would be making these ASAP & getting them out to you by early December.
-You are able to special request items I listed or possibly even fabric. Some items pictured were just tests runs 🙂

Important Notice: I will be unable to accept orders for the next 3-4 weeks due to a wrist fracture. I am hoping to be able to accept Halloween orders but they will have to be limited!! 🎃

Cake Wars is cancelled! I may run a special cupcake wars but it will have to be after Halloween. Maybe a Pie Class again in November 🥧

Update!! I’m thinking of changing the Cake Wars camp dates from August to October. So theme would be Halloween. Since school is back in session, 2 days instead of 3.

So many kids are away at camps or on vacation. So I wanted to see if this would work better!! Also any Adults interested? In an Adult camp? November maybe or January. Please comment your opinons if you’re interested. And any preferences like days of the week, times, or months that work best!!

Cake Wars Camp for Kids!! 🎂

Super excited to announce this special camp!
3 Day Summer Camp!!
Ideally will be for kids ages 6+. If there are age gaps in the group the competition will be split up into different ages. Sign up by July 10th to save $10 on the fee!

Sign up form will be added to this post soon!

Kids will learn: How to bake a cake, how to make frosting, how to assemble & decorate a cake, different piping techniques, and more!

Camp will include: recipes to take home, 2-6” cakes that they decorate, plus a special surprise dessert, apron, participation prizes, and awards from the competition.
If your kid has allergies and would like to attend please message me! As this may be able to be accommodated.
