Also made my cream cheese stuffed bagels for myself and a few friends this morning. Talk about WOW. 😍

All items are sourdough raised (yeast) products containing clean, minimal ingredients. My simply sourdough boule is literally Flour, water and salt. How bread SHOULD be. 🫠

Hi folks, sorry things have been pretty quiet over here. I've been battling a few things trying to recover for a Thanksgiving order, but today I've decided I am calling it quits until after the holiday.
I do not feel comfortable producing items within a house where I've been ill. I hope you all can understand!
