We are looking for friendly, ambitious people to join our team! Responsibilities include answering phones, entering orders, problem solving, running reports, greeting guests, & more.
Must have very strong attention to detail, have a courteous and friendly demeanor, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate can stay calm under pressure, work well with a diverse group of people, and multitask well.

Assist customers via phone & email
Accurately enter orders into company software
Provide customers info about our products
Troubleshoot & resolve product & service issues with a sense of urgency
Develop & maintain a knowledge base of our products
Greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls
Process invoices and other paperwork

Qualifications:
Previous experience with data entry & customer service
Very strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize & multitask
Positive & professional demeanor
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel & web technology
