I want to take a moment to be honest with everyone.🤍

One of the hardest parts of running my little baking business is putting so much time, effort, & love into creating something… just to watch it go unsold & eventually turn to waste. As much as i LOVE baking & bringing treats to everyone, it’s been really tough on me seeing the waste when I know times are tough for so many people right now. Me included.

Because of that, I have decided I am going to be taking a step back from baking daily. This doesn’t mean Sugar Coated is going anywhere any time soon, it just means I will be adjusting how I do things in order to continue my dream without the heartbreak & financial strains of making products that may not sell anymore.

For the time being, I WILL continue morning coffees & custom cake orders!👀 I plan to continue doing what I love but just be more intentional with what is being made.

I also want to thank everyone who has supported me, shared my posts, booked events, or simply just cheered my on from the sidelines. Everyone ounce of support you all have poured into me means more than you will ever know!🤍

Here’s to finding a better balance & continuing to grow, one sweet treat at a time!🤪
