Everyone is out here obsessing over the "crunch factor," and don't get me wrong—I love a crusty, rustic loaf as much as the next person. 🥖✨

But can we talk about the absolute dream that is a soft, classic sandwich bread? There’s just something so nostalgic and irresistible about that perfect pillowy slice. ☁️🍞

I’ve been playing with flavors that bite back and soothe all at once. Check out what’s fresh out of the oven:
* Sultry Scones: A blend of Chinese 5 Spice and bold Crystallized Ginger, topped with a zesty orange icing drizzle. ($10 for a 4-pack)
* The "Secret Ingredient" Cookies: (Not pictured because they’re shy!) Oatmeal cookies leveled up with aromatic cardamom and crunchy toasted almonds. ($15 for a dozen pack) Come get a taste of something a little less ordinary. 😉

Missed me? I know, I know... "Where have you been?!" 🫣

The start of the year tried to keep me all to myself with a busy schedule and a lingering flu, but Edgar Allan Dough and I are finally back in the zone. Lately, we’ve been obsessed with sourdough discard brownies (those pomegranate ones were a dream), but today we’re getting a little more intimate with some White Chocolate Blueberry Oatmeal cookies. 🫐🤍

I’m also prepping some fresh focaccia that smells better than any candle you own.

Yesterday, the tireless and magical Edgar Allen Dough was hard at work, giving his all for these incredible creations! He really rose to the occasion (pun absolutely intended 😉)!
Take a peek at the results of his efforts:
* Sourdough Dinner Rolls ($7) - Perfectly airy and ready to soak up some butter!
* Hot Chocolate Sourdough Focaccia ($8) - Yes, you read that right! 🤯
I simply had to cut into the Hot Chocolate Focaccia... and oh my goodness, it's divine! It's not too sweet, wonderfully fluffy, and has that perfect little crunch on the outside. A true winter treat!
