Biz's Bakery Blessings is OPEN for the 1st week of June (May 31 - June 6). There's a little more to read in this post than usual, so please see below!

This week, I'm baking BREAKFAST! Place your order for waffles, pancakes, sourdough banana bread, muffins, or gluten-free/sugar-free banana oat cake today! There are so many ways to customize your order for you and your family!

I've streamlined my weekly offerings so that each week of the month will have a predictable baking menu. This is subject to change for special seasons, like holidays or family travel. In general, this is the monthly menu:

1. Week 1 of the Month: Breakfast items
2. Week 2 of the Month: Lunch items
3. Week 3 of the Month: Dinner items
4. Week 4 of the Month: Allergen Free Dessert items
5. * Week 5 of the Month: If there are 5 weeks in a month, I'll either have a unique menu for that week or close the bakery for a week off.

QR Code: I finally created a QR code for your convenience to a link that houses my bakery information, history, baking schedule, menu, pricing, and storage instructions for each item (in English and en Español!). I usually print a letter to go with each order that has storage instructions. A couple of friends with professional backgrounds encouraged me to create a QR code connected to a document that houses all of that information to save on ink and paper. I finally did so! I've added that QR code to the labels I put on each order and to my official menu and baking schedule. I also do an introduction to my bakery and a history of the name "Biz". I welcome feedback if, for any reason, it doesn't load for you. I've tested it and it works, but want to make sure there are no hiccups from any of my customers.

A fun week of baking! Over 200 muffins of different flavors (blueberry, pumpkin chocolate chip, and banana with low glycemic/allergen-free chocolate chips) and 5 loaves of sprouted grain bread!

For my family, I baked some freshly milled soft white wheat pumpkin spice chocolate chip bars and I'll be making pizza dough tonight and some freshly milled whole wheat bagels.

The bakery opens for more orders tomorrow!
