Bread pick up directions:
Olathe and lees summit- click the event labeled “lees summit and Olathe pick up” you will have to select a pick up location. Make sure you see the times too. Olathe drop will be most likely between 9:30-10 and you can pick up any time.
Lees summit will be later in the afternoon. Please try and pick up before bedtime at both locations.

You will go to the porch and pick up your bag with your name on it. That’s it!!

If you have ever been interested in sourdough and you’re still nervous and on the fence, I highly recommend giving it a shot. I’d love to have you join my class and let me teach you what I’ve learned and am continuing to learn.

Making sourdough is an evolving skill. I continue to learn as I grow. I don’t the let the weather change bring me down. I embrace the change and learn how to adjust and make it right.

If you’re wanting this skill under your belt, let me know. I still have a couple spots in my Feb 24th class.

Side note: if you’re one who gave up carbs for a new years resolution, I highly suggest looking into the health benefits of sourdough. Ill teach you how to put it in a ton of your recipes that you’re making. It is gut healthy and has a lower glycemic index so you don’t have a sugar spike.

It’s a nice skill to have under your belt!

Do you have a lot of discard and you don’t know what to do with it? Make fun things like tortillas!
I always have a jar of discard (extra) in my fridge so I can use in any recipe!
