Chai latte cupcakes! If you are local to Liberty, and you are a tea drinker, you have to check out Anne Marie’s Tea Shop in downtown Liberty. They just got their fall teas in and they have a great selection to choose from. I picked up some Masala Chai to make these cupcakes for a baby shower coming up.
