Two dozen down, three to go! Double chocolate and vanilla confetti, both with cream cheese frosting. Tomorrow, I'll tackle some strawberry with fresh fruit!

Thought I'd share a quick baking hack. I tend to prefer foil cupcake liners, but will often use paper as well. If you've used paper before, you're aware that the bottom of the liners can sometimes get greasy (and no one wants a soggy-bottom cupcake.) Pro tip: sprinkle some regular white rice into your cupcake case before the liner and it will absorb any excess moisture. *Also works with muffins. 🧁
